These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between Fastlane (“Fastlane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the organization or person using the Fastlane website, logistics operations software, public token checkout, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an organization, accepting access from an organization, using the Service, or purchasing service tokens, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. Service Description#
Fastlane is a software-as-a-service platform that helps independent logistics organizations manage operational and financial records, including orders, shipments, warehouses, inventory, customers, carriers, invoices, payments, expenses, adjustments, closing, users, and analytics.
Fastlane provides software. Fastlane is not a freight carrier, customs broker, warehouse operator, or insurer through this Service and does not take custody of cargo. Each subscribing organization remains responsible for its own logistics services, customers, carriers, warehouses, declarations, and commercial obligations.
2. Eligibility and Organization Authority#
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. Information supplied during registration, payment, and account administration must be accurate and current.
An organization owner controls the organization workspace and may invite or create users. Your access may be managed, restricted, or removed by that organization. Fastlane is not responsible for internal disputes over an organization’s user assignments unless required by law.
3. Accounts and Security#
- Keep usernames, passwords, organization tags, and access devices secure.
- Do not share a personal user account. Create separate accounts and appropriate roles for other team members.
- Notify us promptly at support@fastlane.express if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Select “Remember me” only on a trusted device. It creates a longer-lived refresh session than a normal sign-in.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials until you notify Fastlane of suspected compromise.
4. Roles, Permissions, and Confirmations#
The Service uses role and location scope to control visibility and actions. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for assigning suitable roles and reviewing access periodically.
Some actions require confirmation because they can change inventory, balances, status, or financial records. Users must review information before confirming an operation. Fastlane may preserve audit information such as the user, status, and time associated with an action.
5. Service Tokens and Fees#
Fastlane uses prepaid service tokens. Token pricing, top-up tiers, consumption rules, and payment states are described in the Token & Payment Terms. A purchase is also subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Prices are shown in the checkout currency before payment. Taxes, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges, or payment-method fees may apply where disclosed or required by law. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your purchase or use, excluding taxes imposed on Fastlane’s income.
6. Customer Data#
An organization retains its rights in the information it submits to the Service (“Customer Data”). The organization grants Fastlane a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.
The organization is responsible for having a lawful basis to enter and use personal or commercial information about its customers, carriers, employees, suppliers, and other parties. Do not upload information that you are not authorized to process.

7. Acceptable Use#
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its security, access another organization without authorization, submit fraudulent payment activity, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
8. Third-Party Services#
The Service may rely on third parties for payment processing, infrastructure, email delivery, and other supporting functions. Public and in-app online payments may be processed by Airwallex. Payment-method availability and processing are subject to the provider’s rules, risk checks, and supported locations.
Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Fastlane is not responsible for an interruption caused solely by a third-party provider outside Fastlane’s reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to restore affected functionality.
9. Availability and Changes#
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but continuous error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. When a material change would significantly reduce core paid functionality, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Suspension and Termination#
Fastlane may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to:
- protect the Service, an organization, users, or third parties;
- investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security compromise, or unlawful activity;
- respond to a legal or payment-provider requirement;
- address an overdue balance or exhausted service-token balance; or
- enforce these Terms.
An organization may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not cancel obligations or charges already incurred. Data export and deletion requests are handled subject to account status, technical feasibility, retention duties, and applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property#
Fastlane and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and related materials. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the organization’s internal business operations while the account remains authorized.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, or create a competing service from protected parts of Fastlane except where applicable law expressly permits it.
12. Disclaimers and Liability#
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastlane disclaims implied warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
Fastlane is not responsible for cargo loss, customs action, carrier performance, inaccurate information entered by an organization, or commercial decisions made from incorrect or incomplete Customer Data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastlane’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount paid to Fastlane by the affected organization during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Fastlane will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss where such limitation is lawful.
13. Changes to These Terms#
We may update these Terms to reflect product, payment, security, or legal changes. The current version and effective date will be published here. We will provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires another form of consent.
14. Governing Law and Disputes#
These Terms are governed by the law identified in the applicable order form or written service agreement. If no governing law is identified there, the mandatory laws at Fastlane’s registered place of establishment apply, without prejudice to rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting support@fastlane.express. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable law, unless mandatory law requires another venue.
