These terms explain the Fastlane prepaid service-token product. They supplement the Terms of Service and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. What a Token Is#
A Fastlane token is a prepaid service credit used only inside the Fastlane logistics operations platform. Tokens are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, a bank deposit, or an investment. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between organizations, resold, or used outside Fastlane.
2. How Tokens Are Consumed#
Fastlane deducts tokens when a shipment is confirmed, based on the shipment’s total item quantity. One unit of confirmed item quantity consumes one token under the current usage model.
Viewing data, managing users, and opening analytics do not independently consume tokens. If the organization balance is lower than the quantity required for confirmation, the confirmation is blocked until the balance is topped up or the shipment is adjusted.
3. Pricing Tiers#
The token rate is determined by the total USD value of a single successful top-up:

The selected tier applies to the entire top-up amount. Token quantities are rounded to the nearest whole token. The checkout preview is the controlling calculation for that transaction. A single top-up cannot exceed USD 50,000 through the current online checkout.
These volume tiers are part of the current product pricing, not a promise that a temporary promotion will remain available forever. Any pricing change applies prospectively and will be displayed before payment.
4. Guest Checkout and Organization Tag#
A payer may top up an organization without signing in. The payer must enter the exact organization tag and review it before payment. A successful payment credits the organization identified by that tag; it does not create a personal token balance for the payer.
Fastlane may rate-limit or reject repeated, invalid, suspicious, or unauthorized checkout attempts.
5. Payment Processing#
Online checkout may be provided by Airwallex. Available card, bank, or local payment methods depend on Fastlane’s payment configuration, payer location, currency, and provider approval. Payment providers may perform authentication, fraud screening, sanctions checks, and other required verification.
Fastlane records transaction references and status but does not receive the full raw card number or card security code entered in the payment component.
6. Payment and Credit Status#
- Pending: payment has not yet been confirmed; tokens are unavailable.
- Paid or Completed: payment succeeded and tokens have been credited.
- Cancelled or Failed: payment did not complete; tokens are not credited.
Webhook or bank confirmation can take time. Do not repeat a payment only because a pending method has not completed immediately. Keep the Fastlane top-up reference and contact support if status remains unclear.
7. Balance and Records#
The organization’s authorized users can review the token balance and top-up history inside Fastlane. Report an incorrect balance with the organization tag and top-up reference. Fastlane may reconcile its records against the payment-provider record and the organization’s confirmed shipment activity.
Purchased tokens remain attached to the organization account while that account remains active, subject to these Terms, applicable law, refunds, disputes, fraud review, and account suspension.
8. Refunds and Disputes#
Refund rights and timing are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. A refund or chargeback may cause the corresponding token allocation to be removed or frozen. If those tokens were already used, Fastlane may suspend further confirmation or seek payment of the resulting negative balance where lawful.
9. Taxes and Third-Party Charges#
Displayed prices do not include taxes or third-party charges unless expressly stated. The payer is responsible for any bank, card, currency-conversion, tax, or payment-method charge imposed outside Fastlane’s displayed purchase amount.
