Frequently asked questions

Answers before you get started.

Learn how Fastlane is used, how access and tokens work, and what your organization can expect from the platform.

Product

What is Fastlane?

Fastlane is a SaaS platform for organizations managing passenger-carriers, multi-customer parcels, freight, air and sea movements, warehouses, invoices, payments, teams, and analytics.

How are airline passengers used as carriers?

Your organization creates a carrier profile for each individual passenger, records the route and trip, then assigns parcels belonging to different customers to that passenger manifest while preserving each parcel’s ownership, weight, value, and status.

Is Fastlane a shipping carrier?

No. Fastlane provides software used by independent logistics organizations to manage their own operations. It does not act as the carrier through this SaaS service.

Can one organization manage multiple warehouses?

Yes. Warehouses have their own records and users, while authorized owners and organization administrators can maintain broader visibility.

Does Fastlane support different user roles?

Yes. Owner, organization-admin, warehouse-admin, and operational-user roles keep access aligned with responsibility. Platform supervisors have separate read-only oversight across tenants.

Tokens and payments

How does token pricing work?

Organizations purchase prepaid tokens. The token price decreases at larger top-up tiers, and the exact number of tokens is shown before checkout.

Can I top up without signing in?

Yes. Open the public top-up page, enter the organization tag and amount, confirm the destination carefully, and complete the available Airwallex checkout method.

When are tokens credited?

Tokens are credited to the organization after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. The checkout page follows the status while the confirmation is processed.

Can a top-up be refunded?

Refund eligibility depends on whether tokens have been used and the payment status. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the complete rules and contact support with the top-up reference.

Access and support

What does “Remember me” do?

When selected at sign-in, Fastlane issues a longer-lived refresh session and can rotate the shorter access token. On shared devices, leave it unchecked.

Can we start with only part of the workflow?

Yes. Many organizations begin with orders and shipments, then add invoices, payments, closing, and deeper analytics as their process becomes established.

How is payment information handled?

The checkout component is provided by Airwallex. Fastlane receives payment status and transaction references, not raw card numbers.

How do I get help?

Use the Contact page or email support@fastlane.express. Include your organization tag and the relevant operation or top-up reference, but never send card details or passwords.
