Privacy Policy

How Fastlane collects, uses, protects, and necessarily shares information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Fastlane collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit fastlane.express, use the Fastlane logistics operations platform, contact us, or complete a token payment.

An organization that enters information about its customers, carriers, employees, suppliers, or other people is responsible for deciding why that information is processed. Fastlane processes that Customer Data to provide the Service on the organization’s instructions, subject to our legal and security obligations.

1. Information We Collect#

Depending on how you use Fastlane, we may collect:

  • Account and identity data: name, username, organization, role, email, phone number, and account status.
  • Organization data: organization tag, business name, owner information, contact details, addresses, operational settings, warehouses, and assigned users.
  • Operational Customer Data: customer and carrier records, supplier information, item details, quantities, values, weights, addresses, shipment and order data, invoices, payments, expenses, losses, reimbursements, recoupments, and closing records.
  • Payment and token data: organization tag, top-up reference, amount, currency, token quantity, payment provider, payment-intent identifier, status, and timestamps. Fastlane does not receive or store the full raw card number or card security code collected inside the Airwallex payment component.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, error details, security events, cookie information, and approximate timestamps.
  • Communication data: messages, support context, and information you choose to send us.

2. How We Use Information#

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, and administer accounts and organizations;
  • provide orders, shipments, warehouse, inventory, invoicing, payment, closing, reporting, and related features;
  • process token purchases, confirm payment status, credit balances, prevent duplicate credits, and respond to refunds or disputes;
  • enforce role and warehouse scope, maintain audit context, and prevent unauthorized changes;
  • send operational, security, account, and payment communications;
  • troubleshoot, secure, maintain, measure, and improve the Service;
  • answer support, sales, privacy, and legal requests; and
  • comply with law, court orders, sanctions, anti-fraud duties, and payment-provider requirements.

Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in providing and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital or legal interests, or consent for a specific optional use. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Payments and Airwallex#

Fastlane uses Airwallex to support online payment processing. Airwallex may collect payment, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information directly through its checkout component and process it under its own legal obligations and privacy notice.

Read the Airwallex Privacy Policy for information about Airwallex’s processing. Payment-method availability and required checkout fields may vary by location and method.

5. When We Share Information#

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum information reasonably necessary with:

  • infrastructure, hosting, content-delivery, monitoring, email, support, and security service providers;
  • Airwallex and other payment, banking, fraud-prevention, refund, or dispute partners;
  • professional advisers such as legal, accounting, insurance, and audit providers;
  • authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and security;
  • a successor involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to suitable confidentiality; and
  • people authorized by the relevant organization, according to roles and scope inside Fastlane.

We require service providers to process information for the agreed purpose and with appropriate safeguards.

6. Cookies and Session Technology#

Fastlane uses essential cookies and similar browser storage to maintain authentication, remember selected language and theme, protect sessions, and preserve limited interface preferences. Authentication cookies are HTTP-only so browser scripts cannot read the token value.

Selecting “Remember me” creates a longer-lived refresh session on the device. Leave it unchecked on shared or public devices. You can end the session by signing out and can clear local preferences through browser settings.

7. Retention#

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain operational and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet security needs, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and payment obligations. Retention periods differ by record type and jurisdiction. Information may remain in protected backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

8. International Processing#

Fastlane and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

9. Security#

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, password hashing, role-based access, scoped records, HTTP-only authentication cookies, logging, and restricted service access. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Organizations remain responsible for user access, endpoint security, accurate role assignment, and promptly removing former users.

10. Your Choices and Rights#

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.

To submit a privacy request, email support@fastlane.express. We may verify identity and organization authority before acting. Some records may be retained where required for security, payment, legal, or accounting reasons.

11. Children#

Fastlane is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly create accounts for children who cannot lawfully consent to the processing of their information.

12. Changes to This Policy#

We may update this policy to reflect product, provider, security, or legal changes. The current version and effective date will be published here, with additional notice for material changes when required.
